Material Health Nursing

It is important to view women's health from the perspective of "women's health," which is health throughout the entire life span. Maternal Nursing aims to provide students with the basic skills to interpret events surrounding women in all life stages from multiple perspectives.
To this end, the program offers a wide range of education not only on maternal and child health issues and developmental issues and nursing focusing on the pregnancy, delivery, postpartum period, and newborn period, but also on adolescent and menopausal health care, hormonal changes during women's life stages, and maternal and child health worldwide.
We are also actively engaged in research related to women's health. In the Graduate School of Nursing's Master's Course in Practical Nursing II (Women's Health), we have established a course for midwives to qualify for the National Midwifery Examination and are also focusing on human resource development for midwives.
